About me
I have worked as a registered nurse for over 20 years, with experience in pediatrics, neonatal intensive care (NICU), and postpartum care. I was inspired to pursue a career in lactation after experiencing my own struggles with breastfeeding my first child. Despite all the knowledge and experience I had as a nurse, none of it seemed to matter when it came to feeding my own baby. I credit the lactation consultants who supported me during that time with helping me reach my breastfeeding goals.
I experienced firsthand how distressing it can be when we struggle to do what seems like the most basic of tasks—feed our babies—and how sometimes, it truly takes a village to help things fall into place.
I feel immensely privileged to have been welcomed into the village of so many families over the years. It is a gift to support parents during such an important and often vulnerable time, and I am deeply grateful to have been a part of their feeding journeys.
How I Can Help
I offer the following services on a cash-pay basis. If your health insurance plan provides out-of-network benefits for lactation services, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Upon request, I can provide a detailed receipt or superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
In addition, I am available by phone and/or text for questions or concerns that arise within 14 days of our consultation. I will also follow up within a few days of our consultation to check in and see how the feeding plan is going.
I am located in Northeast Los Angeles (Eagle Rock), and am available to assist families with in-home visits in that surrounding area and beyond.

A comprehensive, personalized visit to understand how feeding is going and how I can best support you and your baby. Together, we will discuss your feeding goals, assess your baby’s latch and milk transfer, and identify any challenges or concerns. We will use tools, including a professional-grade scale, to gather the information needed to get a full picture of your baby’s feeding effectiveness. Using the information gathered during the feeding consultation, we will develop a feeding plan that is tailored to you and your baby.

Twins/Multiples +$50
A comprehensive, personalized visit aimed at understanding how feeding is going and how I can best support you and your baby. Together we will discuss your feeding goals, assess your baby’s latch and feeding over video, and identify any challenges or concerns. We’ll also discuss ways to assess milk transfer and feeding effectiveness at home and create a plan tailored to your needs.
Virtual visits can also be used as follow-up support after an in-home feeding consultation to check in on progress and adjust your feeding plan as needed.
